Dr Philip Xie joined the SHTM as a Visiting Associate Professor in January 2009. He is an Associate Professor in the Sport Management, Recreation and Tourism Division, School of Human Movement, Sport and Leisure Studies, Bowling Green State University in Ohio, USA. Dr Xie has taught tourism subjects including Programme Planning in Travel and Tourism, Contemporary Issues in Tourism, Tourism Practicum, Geography of Tourism and Tourism, Environment and Community, among others. Dr Xie will teach two subjects for the Xian BAC students in Shenzhen.

Dr Li Li has joined the SHTM as a Postdoctoral Fellow. She will be working with Dr Andy Lee and Dr Rob Law on a technology management project over the next two years.
