- 項目部分1：研究（6個學分）
- 項目部分2：創業（15個學分) ＊
* 項目部分2：創業須在理大內地技術創新研究院（MTRI）完成。
學生必須修讀以下其中2科（每科3個學分）:
- 科技產品設計開發
- 創業戰略與企業創建
- 創科實習
- 創業工作坊
學生必須修讀以下1科:
- 學術誠信與商業倫理科目（1個學分）
