With the official launch of the PolyU GreenCoin campaign, eligible PolyU users can choose to use their earned Coins to redeem an e-coupon which offers a free booking session of Fitness Room in Block X Sports Centre! On a first-come-first-served basis.


Terms and Conditions apply.

  • Use every 9 Coins at one time to exchange for an e-coupon that offers ONE free booking session of Fitness Room in Block X Sports Centre
  • the e-coupon does not guarantee any booking, and users have to arrange on-the-spot booking in person in order to use the e-coupon
  • users can make on-the-spot booking for immediate use of the fitness room upon availability or make an advance booking one week before, and the e-coupon is used once it is scanned by the counter staff
  • users should present the in-app redeemed e-coupon to the counter staff on 1/F of Block X Sports Centre while booking
  • only to be used by eligible users providing that they can produce appropriate PolyU ID Cards
  • a daily quota of 20 applies; available on a first-come-first-served basis
  • can only be used during the opening hours of the Fitness Room from Monday to Sunday except Public Holidays, and on or before expiry
  • the e-coupon is limited to a one-time use within 30 minutes after successful redemption with the Coins. If the e-coupon expires before you have used it, the Coins will be refunded
  • one user should use one e-coupon for himself/herself upon one booking session
  • print and photocopies are not accepted
  • not transferable or redeemable for cash and no change will be given
  • cannot be used together with any other offers/promotions nor the same type of e-coupons
  • users should check the app as it will show the updated Coins record and e-coupons
  • Centre STARS and PolyU reserve the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute
  • Centre STARS shall close any part of the facilities if, in their opinion, the facilities are not fit for use or for any other reasons
  • users must observe all regulations governing the use of Fitness Room
