Congratulations to Prof. Simon LEE Ming-yuen, Chair Professor of Biomedical Sciences in the Department of Food Science and Nutrition (FSN), for being appointed as "Cally Kwong Mei Wan Professor in Biomedical Sciences and Chinese Medicine Innovation" under the University’s Endowed Professorship Scheme. This appointment is effective for the period from 1 October 2024 to 30 September 2029.
