The Department of Food Science and Nutrition (FSN) has recently hosted the 1st FSN Research Postgraduate Symposium 2024. We are grateful that the symposium has promoted academic interaction and intellectual advancement among research students and staff, with a focus on food science, functional food, nutrition and human health.
We have received over 20 abstracts from research postgraduates at FSN, the Department of Applied Biology and Chemical Technology, Department of Health Technology and Informatics, and School of Nursing to present their excellent work. We have also received inspiring advice from adjudicators at The University of Hong Kong, The Chinese University of Hong Kong and City University of Hong Kong, making it an unforgettable experience to the participating students.
