Research Overview

Dr Connie Hui is a nutritional epidemiologist focusing on public health nutrition. Her research explores key areas such as early life risk factors of cardiometabolic diseases, the impact of diet and nutrition on healthspan and biological ageing, and the use of “Food as Medicine” approaches in managing diet-related chronic conditions.
