This structure is designed to align with the framework of the UGC%u2019s University Accountability Agreement (UAA).Following a series of meetings, the Task Force and its Working Groups formulated their aspirations for the six strategic areas in the form of initial recommendations. The Task Force also took the opportunity to review the Vision and Mission of PolyU to better reflect the aspiration of our University.To gather input and insights from various stakeholders, a second-stage consultation exercise was conducted in April 2024 through different channels, including formal meeting discussions, as well as face-to-face and online exchanges at two open forums. Stakeholders engaged during the consultation exercise included staff, students, and alumni. After considering the feedback gathered during the consultations, the Task Force finalised its recommendations for endorsement by the Executive Committee of the Council and approval by the Council in June 2024.
