Tips on Arrival by MISS
|Expected Arrival Period
Exchange students shall arrive HK and report to PolyU within the week before commencement and the first week of semester.
Check-in at PolyU Student Hall
Students should go to the PolyU Student Halls of Residence directly and check-in at the reception counter at 1/F (Location & Map). A room will be arranged for you immediately. The reception counter at PolyU Student Halls of Residence opens from 7:00am to 10:00pm. If students are unable to check in within the working hour, you must inform CMAO and HMO in advance in order to make re-arrangement for you. Otherwise students will NOT be able to check-in, and may require to arrange the accommodation for one night by themselves.
Report Arrival at CMAO
Before report arrival at CMAO, student shall settle the caution money (HK$390) for Student ID Card at Heng Sang Bank with the Debit Note, which could be downloaded at Student Account Enquiry. A branch of Heng Sang Bank is located at PolyU Campus podium level (please refer to the PolyU Campus Map).
Report arrival at CMAO (R701, 7/F Shirley Chan Building, PolyU) as soon as possible with the following items for registration:
Registration time: 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 15:00, 16:00 and 17:00 from Monday to Friday
