Research Overview

Xinyuan's research mainly focuses on organic-inorganic hybrid perovskites and their heterosreuctures. By systematically study the crystal growth, ferroelectricity and chirality in those materials, she aims to develop advanced optoelectronic devices, including circularly polarized light detectors, X-ray radiation detectors, and LEDs.
