With over a decade of experience in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), I am honored to share my journey with the CEE family. Beginning in construction safety, I transitioned to public transport in 2018 when I joined Citybus Limited as a Safety Practitioner. In this role, I supported over 5,000 employees across nine depots and workshops, collaborating with my team to achieve ISO 39001 certification, OSHC awards, and the introduction of innovative electric and hydrogen buses.

Now serving as OSH Manager at MTR, I oversee safety operations for over 100,000 staff across ninety-eight stations and nine depots and workshops. In 2024, I organized both a safety seminar featuring experts from the Labour Department, Construction Industry Council, and IOSH, and the Zero Accident Safety Award initiative to recognize outstanding safety performance. I have also implemented proactive safety measures including Safety Reflection Inspections and Dynamic Risk Assessments to strengthen our safety culture. I consider it a privilege to contribute to advancing industry standards and remain fully committed to this important work.
