The Centre of Excellence for Major Project Leaders (CoE) under the Development Bureau, the National University of Singapore and Tsinghua University. By establishing the International Alliance of Infrastructure Delivery, we have solidified a collective determination to bridge borders in the pursuit of excellence. This alliance will pool global expertise through joint research, knowledge exchange, and policy development to transform infrastructure delivery into a more sustainable, resilient and equitable process.
The signing ceremony was held today at Hotel Icon. Witnessed by Ir LAU Chun-kit, Ricky JP, Permanent Secretary for Development (Works) of the Development Bureau, Prof. CHAO Yu Hang, Christopher, Senior Vice President of Research and Innovation at PolyU alongside Prof. Li Xiangdong, Dean of Faculty of Construction and Environment at PolyU. The MOU was signed by Ir LO Kwok Kuen, Joseph, JP, Head of the Project Strategy and Governance Office of the Development Bureau, Prof. Fang Dongping, Professor and Director of the Institute for Future Cities and Infrastructures at Tsinghua University, Ir Prof. YAM Chi Ho, Michael, Head of the Department of Building and Real Estate at PolyU and Prof. Goh Yang Miang, Director of the Centre for Project and Facilities Management at the National University of Singapore.
