To become the regional leading knowledge kernel for excellence, innovation and collaboration in the area of Infrastructure Delivery.

 

 

Our Mission

  1. To cultivate the capabilities of project leaders, practitioners, and stakeholders for successful infrastructure delivery through executive training programmes such as the Project Delivery Capability Programme (PDCP).
  2. To conduct research on the advancement of infrastructure delivery.
  3. To provide high-level support to the HKSAR Government and other major stakeholders in infrastructure delivery through consultancy projects.
