Our Missions

• To nurture future leaders in biomedical engineering and sports technology by imparting interdisciplinary knowledge, innovative ideas, critical thinking and practical skills;
• To advance knowledge in the prevention, diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment of medical conditions, in sports rehabilitation, and in the promotion of healthy and active ageing through interdisciplinary research and technology transfer; and
• To enhance the quality of life for the people with impairments or special needs by offering user-focused services in assistive technology, rehabilitation engineering, prosthetics and orthotics, and smart ageing.
