Upload Portrait for Presentation at the Ceremony

For graduates attending the ceremony virtually, arrangements will be made to project their portraits, with caps and gowns (please see sample below), on the stage of the Congregation venue during the presentation.

If you choose to attend the Congregation virtually, you must upload your portrait via the

Online Portrait Upload Platform

(accessible from 11 March to 2 April)

to enable the projection of your touch-up graduation portrait on stage during the presentation.

Please ensure that your portrait complies with the stated requirements before uploading. Please check the portrait requirements before uploading your portrait.
Failure to upload your photo by the stated deadline or submitting a non-compliant photo will result in your portrait not being displayed during the presentation.


Free Graduation Photo for ALL Graduates

To celebrate your graduation, arrangements have also been made for graduates attending the ceremony virtually, to get a free download of your touch-up graduation portrait as a free graduation gift.
 
For graduates attending the physical ceremony, professional photographers have been arranged for taking your graduation photos which can be downloaded for free after the ceremonies. You will be advised of the detailed arrangements in due course.
