A Warm Welcome from PolyU

We are pleased to offer you admission to PolyU in 2026. The following dates are scheduled to prepare you for the PolyU curriculum and facilitate student registration. New students are required to complete the registration procedures and attend necessary activities. Please make sure to confirm acceptance by paying the fee of HK$5,000 to JUPAS Office by 5:00pm on 6 August 2026. Other key steps are summarised as below.

Online Programme Registration Period

10.00am, 10 August (Monday) to
11.59pm, 11 August 2026 (Tuesday)

Login now to check your offer details and payment information. During the above period, you could register online for programmes through eAdmission.

"Account name" = your JUPAS application number; "Password" = your HKID card number including alphabets and digit/alphabet in bracket (case sensitive) or passport number.

Performing Programme Registration
(Main Round Offer for 2026/27)

	Perform programme registration online between 10.00am on 10 August and 11:59pm on 11 August 2026 in the Notice of Offer via eAdmission.
	Update information on emergency contact and upload your recent coloured photo for preparation of your PolyU student identity card. The photo requirements are: file size: 200-600KB image type: JPEG must be taken full face and without a hat should have a plain, light-coloured background acceptable dimension: - captured by scanner (scanner quality in 600dpi) – photo size: 40mm(W) x 50mm(H) - captured by digital camera – image size: 1200pixel(W) x 1600pixel(H)
	Read carefully the “Important Notes for Registered Students” via eAdmission and complete the necessary actions without delay.
	Complete the online surveys.
	Book a timeslot to collect student identity card via eAdmission.
	Settle the remaining amount of tuition fee for Semester One of 2026/27 by the payment deadline specified in the online Notice of Offer. If you fail to settle the fees by the specified date, you will be considered as having given up your study place at PolyU which will be filled by another applicant immediately.

Bad Weather Arrangement on Programme Registration

If a typhoon signal no. 8 or above is issued or there is a black warning for a rainstorm, the University will be closed and physical registration activities will be suspended. General guideline for arrangements during bad weather can be found here.
