Train the Trainer

In order to maintain a continuous operation and put forward new courses, we not only invite multifarious professionals to be our course tutors, but also devote to train golden-age people to become our future tutors. The purpose of the training programme is to strengthen the teaching skills, curriculum design abilities, and communication strategies of the golden-age people who owned the skills, so that they can transfer and impart their knowledge and skills to others, and become each other’s mentors and friends.
