Summary

The development of rapid, accurate, low cost and small size Point-of-Care Diagnostics (POCT) is an important demand for disease assisted diagnosis and treatment. The rapid development of microfluidic or Lab-on-a-Chip has provided new solutions for rapid and accurate detection of biomedicine and has implemented a variety of different types of detection chips. Microfluidics can not only be used for rapid detection of a variety of biomedicine indicators, but also for on-chip sample pretreatment, further realizing an integrated micro-nano system that can quickly and accurately detect biochemical indicators. Among the many methods used in microfluidics, optical and acoustic manipulation and detection have shown great potential due to their advantages of large information bearing capacity, easy integration and modular processing. It is expected to provide a new research method for POCT. Here we report personalized portable intelligent medical equipments to achieve auxiliary diagnosis, including the AI-assisted coagulation function diagnostic analyzer, red blood cell intelligent recognition system, microfluidic chip for single-cell analysis, acoustic assisted drug screening and three-dimensional cell culture are systematically discussed.
