Standard rental rate applies to all external parties.

Remarks: 

• The minimum booking duration is two hours with 30-minute sessions extension thereafter.

• Bookings on Sundays and Public Holidays will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Additional cost such as venue set up will be charged. Hirers should liaise and settle payment directly with the service providers.

• PolyU reserves the right to make the final decision.
