Academic Staff

Brian received his aircraft engineering training at the Royal Air Force’s No. 1 School of Technical Training.

After nine years in the RAF he joined British Airways as a line engineer servicing both Boeing 707’s and 747’s. He later joined British Airways’ Cranebank Training Centre as a Technical Training Officer. Moving to Hong Kong, he joined Cathy Pacific’s Technical Training School.

Eventually becoming Manager Ground Training. Returning to Europe he held training management positions with both British Midland Airways and Lufthansa Resource Technical Training. He returned to Hong Kong to become Oasis’s Ground Training & Fleet Technical Manager. On the demise of Oasis he joined CAE Oxford’ Hong Kong Flight Training Centre as Chief Ground Instructor, eventually taking over the reins as General Manager.
