Terms of Reference
| 1. | To review the established Code of Ethics and the Policy on Sexual Harassment from time to time and give advice on necessary changes. |
| 2. | To review the Procedures for the Informal Resolution of Allegations Concerning Sexual Harassment and Violation of the Code of Ethics from time to time and give advice on necessary changes. |
| 3. | To draw up new Code of Ethics as and when necessary. |
| 4. | To cultivate awareness of the University’s Code of Ethics and the Policy on Sexual Harassment. |
| 5. | To submit an annual report covering the Committee’s activities. |
