Profile Summer 2000

Cover story: Having been hit by the most severe economic turmoil for two years, Hong Kong is back on its feet to continue the role as a financial and business hub in the Region. While business is back to usual, the "land of opportunities" is in need of a high calibred workforce more than ever. The cover story examines a plan recently launched by the Government to address the issue.
