Features:
The EPR system provides both CW and pulsed (FT) capabilities at X-band and Q-band. It is equipped with six resonators for facility use: three CW X-band resonators (SHQE, dual-mode, and high-temperature) and three FT resonators. Additional accessories and X-/Q-band resonators may be supplied by individual research groups for special projects on the E580. Key features include:
• 10-inch double-yoke magnet with 72 mm air gap
• X-band and Q-band CW and FT bridges, plus an additional microwave source for ELDOR/DEER experiments
• X-band CW variable-temperature systems supporting operation at 4 K (LHe), 100 K (LN2), 600 K, and 1200 K
• Q-band liquid-helium variable-temperature system supporting operation down to 4 K
• UV and electrochemical accessories
• Linux-based acquisition workstation running Xepr software
• Q-band liquid-helium variable-temperature system supporting operation down to 4 K
• UV and electrochemical accessories

Notes to users:
Given the complexity of EPR hardware and experiments, user training is more extensive than for many other instruments at UCEA. Training details will be announced when available.
