Summary

The pandemic has changed the way we live and work. Under the “new normal”, many of us study online and work long hours in our compact homes. We barely get out of the chair and spend much time in front of screens, suffering from lower back pain, sore eyes and other health issues. How can we stay healthy and energised?

In this webinar, our alumni physiotherapist and optometrist will discuss the common health risks of working from home. They will also give demonstrations and recommendations on eye care, as well as suggest stretching exercises that every one of us can master at home.
