PolyU School of Nursing is proud to share that Dr Maggie CHAN, our Associate Professor of Practice, collaborated with our industry partners and won the Champion Award at the 2nd International Competition on AI in Education 2026, hosted by The Artificial Intelligence Research and Education Alliance (AIREA) on 15 July 2026.
The team leveraged AI and VR to develop immersive learning scenarios for nursing students, therefore fostering their competence and confidence in managing complex clinical scenarios and clinical handover. The prestigious accolade recognizes the team’s commitment to transform nursing education through innovation.
