Constant bridges her academic foundations in Tourism Management (The Hong Kong Polytechnic University) and Media, Culture and Creative Cities (The University of Hong Kong) to drive meaningful social impact. Faith-led and perpetually curious, she channels her passion for travel and cultural exploration into tangible community benefits.
With diverse experience in cultural programming and voluntary service, Constant has seen firsthand how experiential learning transforms both individuals and communities. Driven by a calling to empower the next generation, she joined the Service-Learning and Leadership Office (SLLO) in January 2026, where she works closely with academic staff and community partners to design service-learning programmes that cultivate student leadership and foster cross-cultural engagement.
