2026 Hong Kong PolyU Winter School®: Embracing the Future of Hospitality Powered by AI

In the era of digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI) technologies are evolving at an unprecedented pace. Don't miss the opportunity to learn and master the latest breakthroughs in AI and emerging technologies to enhance guest experiences, optimise efficiency, and maintain a competitive edge in today's dynamic market.

The 2026 Hong Kong PolyU Winter School®, designed for forward-thinking professionals, will equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to lead innovation and drive meaningful change within the hospitality industry.

The Winter School will offer five 1-day (6-hour) modules, held from 5–9 January 2026. The programme will be co-organised by the School of Hotel and Tourism Management at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the Hong Kong Hotels Association.

Participants who successfully complete each 1-day (6-hour) module will receive a Certificate of Completion for that module, issued by the School of Hotel and Tourism Management.
