“飲水思源: 共創明 Teen” (Culture Future Fashion Show)

This event will feature primary school children (aged from 5 to 10) as models, showcasing designs created by shortlisted students (hereafter "finalists) from the SFT and the Hong Kong Design Institute. Finalists will be required to redesign and up-cycle Chinese costumes (provided by the organiser) to create cross-cultural outfits for these children models. The outfits should incorporate elements of Chinese culture with water theme. 

Latest Schedule

25 Jun 2025 | A preview session will be arranged for contestants to view and select the Chinese costumes

28 Jul 2025 | Submission of one design sketch in pdf format to SFT, based on your selected costume

7 Aug 2025 | Announcement of finalists

Mid-Aug 2025 | Design workshop at SFT

24 Sep 2025 | Submission of final outfit*

*Production allowance of $2000 will be granted to the finalists for redesign/up-cycle of costume
