Grace Kan is a Senior Product Designer with 8 years of experience in UI/UX design, spanning fintech startups and established banking institution. Currently working at one of the world largest bank, HSBC, Grace designs user-centered digital experiences that balance innovation, user needs, and banking challenges. With a career spanning both high-growth fintech startups and established banking institution, Grace has developed expertise in mobile banking apps, fintech solutions, and complex financial product experiences. Her work focuses on enhancing mobile user experiences through intuitive, seamless interactions, simplifying intricate financial systems through thoughtful design, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. Passionate about empowering the next generation of designers, Grace enjoys sharing real-world insights, challenges, and career strategies with design students entering the dynamic fintech and corporate design landscape.
