Student Organisation Fund (SOF)

The Student Organisation Fund (SOF) is set up to encourage and subsidise affiliated student organisations to initiate diverse on and off-campus activities which meet the University’s goals while demonstrating the unique nature of the organisation.

 

SOF objectives include but not limited to the following:

• Fostering students’ holistic development
• Enhancing campus community engagement, multi-cultural awareness, and cross-cultural exchange
• Promoting meaningful inter-University /intramural collaboration and student integration
• Contributing to university-wide peer mentoring experience
• Promoting students’ professional advancement with the support from academic unit or professional organisation

 

Period Covered

SOF will only consider eligible activities / operational expenses incurred between 1 July 2023 and 30 June 2024 (i.e., within Fiscal Year 2023/24).
