Services to Employers
The Careers and Placement Section (CPS) serves as a link between employers and students so as to facilitate students’ career development.
Partnering with industry/business sectors, CPS provides a one-stop recruitment service to assist employers in identifying the right candidates among PolyU students and graduates to meet their varied recruitment requirements. Employers are welcome to provide us with all available graduate job/internship opportunities in Hong Kong, the Chinese mainland, and overseas locations.
We organise over 100 recruitment talks annually for employers from different industries and professions to introduce their firms to students and meet with potential candidates. In an on-campus recruitment talk, you can interact directly with our students and explain to them in detail your recruitment needs.
Our annual career fair normally held in March every year is an effective way to raise your company’s profile and to meet face-to-face with our students who are about to graduate.
You can participate in the internship programmes under PolyU’s Work-Integrated Education (WIE) initiative and offer internship opportunities in Hong Kong, the Chinese mainland, and overseas locations, enabling them to apply classroom knowledge in a real working environment, and nurturing young talents in a cost- and time-effective manner. Your participation may even allow you to identify potential employees for your company/organisation.
Our support to employers in the internship programmes includes:
- free WIE internship posting services;
- screening and shortlisting of candidates; and
- pre-WIE training for students.

CPS offers a free job posting service in PolyU’s intranet, in which the details of your jobs or internship placements can reach over 15,000 PolyU students.
