Ms Fenny To is a passionate physiotherapist dedicated to helping patients and nurturing the next generation. She earned her Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Physiotherapy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and her Master of Science degree in Stroke and Clinical Neuroscience from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Throughout her career, Ms. To has acquired extensive clinical experience in various settings, including sub-acute care units, extended rehabilitation hospitals, and outpatient settings in public hospitals. Additionally, she has gained exposure in community settings by working with different non-government organizations, providing home-based services, center-based services, and mixed-model care for the elderly and individuals with different disabilities. She also possesses substantial experience in carer education and health awareness promotion.
