Biography

Dr. Wei Luo received his Ph.D. degree from Nanjing University, China. Prior to joining PolyU, he conducted postdoctral research in Center for Photonic Innovations at the University of Electro-Communications, Japan, and Quantum Science and Engineering Centre at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.Dr. Wei Luo received his Ph.D. degree from Nanjing University, China. Prior to joining PolyU, he conducted postdoctral research in Center for Photonic Innovations at the University of Electro-Communications, Japan, and Quantum Science and Engineering Centre at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
