RILA Research Laboratory
大飛機研究院研究實驗室
The laboratory provides dedicated workspace for research personnel of the COMAC–PolyU Research Institute for Large Aircraft (RILA). It supports collaborative work on data analysis, simulation, literature review and project coordination for RILA’s research on large aircraft and intelligent aviation, enabling close interaction between researchers.
大飛機研究院研究實驗室為中國商飛–香港理工大學大飛機研究院(RILA)的研究人員提供專用工作空間。 實驗室支援大型數據分析、模擬運算、文獻研究及項目協調等工作,促進研究人員緊密合作,推動大飛機及智能航空相關科研。

The laboratory is equipped with a Price Induction Virtual Engine Test Bench, a GUNT H170 low speed open wind tunnel, 5 sets of Cessna flight simulator, and an Cockpitsonic A320 FTD flight simulator. In addition, it consists of an approximate 8m (L) x 6m (W) x 4m (H) UAV testing area covered by a 14-camera VICON 3D motion capture system for advanced indoor navigation and robotic control researches.
實驗室配備 Price Induction 虛擬發動機測試台、GUNT H170 低速開放式風洞、5 套塞斯納飛行模擬器,以及一台 Cockpitsonic A320 FTD 飛行模擬器。另設約 8 米(長)× 6 米(闊)× 4 米(高)的無人機測試區,配備由 14 部攝影機組成的 VICON 三維動作捕捉系統,用於先進室內導航及機器人控制研究。

The centre was opened on 26 September 2017, occupies 1,500 square metres on campus and represents an investment of over HK$150 Million with HK$35 million in new equipment including a Starrag ECOSPEED F HT2 1010. The Centre still retains a workshop, with a focus on Titanium processing.
中心於 2017 年 9 月 26 日正式啟用, 佔地約 1,500 平方米,總投資超過 1.5 億港元,其中約 3,500 萬港元用於添置新設備,包括一台 Starrag ECOSPEED F HT2 1010 加工中心。 中心同時保留了一個專注鈦合金加工的車間。

State Key Laboratory of Ultra-Precision Machining Technology
超精密加工技術全國重點實驗室
The laboratory focuses on five research directions including Micro and Nano-machining Mechanics and Technologies, Advanced Ultra-precision Machining Technologies and Processes, Freeform Surface Metrology, Development of Equipment/Instruments for Ultra-precision Machining, and Advanced Optics Manufacturing Technology and its Applications.
本實驗室的研究工作主要圍繞五大方向展開,包括:微納加工力學與技術、先進超精密加工工藝與技術、自由曲面形貌量測、超精密加工裝備及儀器研製,以及先進光學製造技術及其應用
