RCSV Director and Members won the PolyU President’s Awards for Outstanding Achievement in Knowledge Transfer 2021

Prof. To Chi-ho, Director of Research Centre for SHARP Vision; Chair Professor of Experimental Optometry; Henry G. Leong Professor in Elderly Vision Health; Head of School of Optometry and two RCSV members, Prof. Carly Lam, Professor of School of Optometry and Dr Dennis Tse, Associate Professor of School of Optometry were awarded the Team Award – Knowledge Transfer: Industry under PolyU President’s Award 2021 in recognition of their impactful leadership and commitments to the research in applying the simultaneous defocus technology to advance the standard of myopia control and address a global problem.  The PolyU President’s Awards for Outstanding Achievement is a university-wide award to recognise the distinguished accomplishments and contributions of PolyU staff members.

RCSV is very pleased to announce that four members are on the Stanford University’s list that represents the top two percent of the most-cited scientists in various disciplines.
