RCMI co-organized and DoRCMI actively participated in the 2025 International Conference on Polysaccharides for Nutraceuticals and Future Foods, held from 23 to 25 May 2025. This event brought together leading scientists and professionals from around the world, providing a dynamic platform to share and discuss the latest innovations, research findings, and emerging trends in the field of polysaccharides, with a particular focus on their applications in health, nutrition, and sustainable food systems. Through active engagement in presentations, panel discussions, and networking sessions, DoRCMI contributed to advancing knowledge and fostering collaborations aimed at promoting the development of nutraceuticals and future foods for improved health and sustainability.
