Biography

Prof. Dori Davari holds a PhD from Purdue University and three master’s degrees from internationally recognized institutions. Her research focuses on meaningful travel experiences and the human dimensions of tourism and hospitality, including the development of the “Destination Curiosity” framework. She has extensive experience working on global projects with organizations such as the World Bank and AccorHotels. Dori is also actively involved in university-wide initiatives aimed at enhancing teaching and learning, including flipped classrooms and AI-informed assessment practices.
