The Kling AI NextGen 2026 University Program provides professional workshops for University students and staff members. Led by Zhu Zhili, a researcher at the PolyU Research Centre for Cultural and Art Technology and an AIGC director, and the Kling AI technical team, the workshop introduce the hands-on practice and theory of Kling AI's latest LLM technology, helping participants fully grasp the application of Artificial Intelligence Generated Content (AIGC) in film and television creation. The core objective of the workshops is to cultivate interdisciplinary talents with AIGC creation capabilities, promote the deep integration of artificial intelligence and film and television production, and stimulate participants' innovative potential. The course is structured in a format of lectures + hands-on practice + discussion.
In line with the above objectives, this course focuses on explaining the specific usage methods of Kling AI and its recently launched features, including version 3.0, version 3.0 Omni, and 4K direct output functionality. Director Zhu will provide in-depth insights into AI film and television case studies and the AIGC workflow. Participants will engage in an immersive AIGC film creation workshop, practising each stage from raw image creation and video production to editing. The entire workshop will be guided by the teaching team, who will also provide professional feedback on the participants' work and answer any questions encountered during practice, helping participants truly master AIGC film creation techniques.
Participants are required to bring their own laptops to the workshop. The organizer will provide participants with free computing power from Kling AI.
