摘要

Topic

Perovskite Light-Emitting Devices

Abstracts

This study focuses on developing efficient sky-blue and green perovskite light-emitting diodes (PeLEDs) by regulating their phase distribution via anti-solvent treatment and introducing potassium bromide (KBr). A notable increase in external quantum efficiency (EQE) is achieved by manipulating conformational disorder among its organic cations. The anti-solvent tailors phases distribution, resulting in efficient luminescence. KBr suppresses trap density and improves the photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) of inorganic CsPbBr3 PeLEDs, promising high EL efficiencies and performance stability. Furthermore, the conformational disorder of organic cation improves dielectric mismatch, thereby enhancing exciton properties and radiative recombination efficiency. Employing such strategies can improve the efficiency of PeLEDs, potentializing applications in next-generation optoelectronic devices.
