Biography

Dr Xiao Liang is currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Health and Physical Education at The Education University of Hong Kong. Previously, he served as a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences at Hong Kong Polytechnic University for over two years. Dr Liang is dedicated to designing exercise interventions which aim to improve executive functions and sleep in children with neurodevelopmental disorders (e.g., ADHD and ASD) and implementing these interventions into practice. His main research areas include physical activity, executive function, childhood disorders (ADHD & ASD), sleep and circadian rhythms, and motor proficiency.
