Due to the rapid development of wireless communication, radio frequency (RF) amplifiers, as a core component affecting energy efficiency, are faced with unprecedented challenges. The acceleration of technological iteration and the diversification of application scenarios have increased the complexity of RF design, putting forward higher requirement for the professional skills of engineers. However, talent shortage in the RF field and the reliance on traditional circuit topologies have limited the potential of third-generation semiconductor devices, whilst traditional designs have hindered the miniaturisation and integration of the devices. On the basis of innovative Pixel RF amplifier matching circuit theory in combination with AI-driven methods, this project has developed an automatic topology exploration and modelling algorithm. This solution can achieve fast, high-performance RF amplifier design with a precisely controlled size. By building a design platform, the project aims to reduce design and time costs, so as to promote the innovation and development of the RF amplifier industry.
