With the rapid development of wireless communication, radio frequency (RF) amplifiers, as a core component affecting energy efficiency, are facing unprecedented challenges. The acceleration of technological iteration and the diversification of application scenarios have increased the complexity of RF design, putting forward higher requirements for engineers' professional skills. However, the shortage of talent in the RF field and the reliance on traditional circuit topologies have limited the potential of third-generation semiconductor devices, whilst traditional designs have hindered the miniaturisation and integration of devices. To address these challenges, this project, based on the innovative Pixel RF amplifier matching circuit theory in combination with AI-driven methods, has developed an automatic topology exploration and modeling algorithm to achieve fast, high-performance and precisely controlled size of RF amplifier design. By building a design platform, the project aims to reduce design and time costs and to promote the innovation and development of the RF amplifier industry.
