Ed Connect is a digital platform to help recruitment and staff development in education sector. It allows schools to post job Ads to recruit teachers, manage interview pipelines and broadcast substitution vacancy notices. Meanwhile, teachers can set up their professional profiles, explore job opportunities and apply. As for staff development, we provide a range of privileges, from wellness and travel, to on-the-job training, so staff can purchase online to enjoy and get points as reward to redeem cross-industry lifestyle offers. We hope to provide care and support to teachers and school staffs, and develop a cohesive education community in Hong Kong.
