Established under PolyU’s MTRI policy, InnoHub (Jinjiang) is a landmark achievement of the strategic collaboration between PolyU and Jinjiang City, designed to serve as an integrated platform for innovation, research commercialization, and talent development. Targeting key industries such as microelectronics, textile and apparel, food, cultural tourism, and healthcare, it leverages Jinjiang’s industrial strengths and PolyU’s academic resources to incubate science-driven enterprises with high-growth potential and sustainable value. The InnoHub is located in Jinjiang Three-Innovations Park, offering an exceptional environment and comprehensive support services for startups.

Eligibility Criteria:

Basic Requirements

    • Registered locally in Jinjiang.
    • At least one full-time member dedicated to the startup.
    • Primary business operations or target market in Mainland China.
    • No conflicts of interest with PolyU or affiliated institutes.

Additional Eligibility (Meet at least one of the following)

  • Affiliation with PolyU: Startups founded and majority-owned by PolyU staff, students, or alumni.

  • IP Commercialization: Companies with officially licensed intellectual property (IP) from PolyU/ JJRI

  • Trial Licensing: Companies holding experimental or expedited patent licenses granted by PolyU/ JJRI

  • Third-Party Recommendations: Startups recommended by PolyU-partnered incubators or local government agencies.
