Professor Adele Ladkin from Bournemouth University joined the SHTM as a Professor in May 2009. Professor Ladkin is specialised in research and teaching in the areas of human resource management and convention/event management. She is also the co-editor of the International Journal of Tourism Research. | ||

Dr Robert van der Veen joined the SHTM as a Postdoctoral Fellow in May 2009. He recently completed his PhD study and is currently working on the Hong Kong Tourism Satisfaction Index project. | ||

Dr Edmond Wu from the University of Hong Kong joined the SHTM as a Postdoctoral Fellow in March 2009. Dr Wu specialises in the research areas of business information systems, data mining, statistical modelling and tourism demand forecasting. | ||
