SHTMAA Annual Dinner 2018

It’s time to dance! SHTMAA is organising an annual dinner with a dancing theme to celebrate the new year.

The dinner will be held on 17 March 2018 (Saturday) at the Owner’s Box at 3/F of Happy Valley Racecourse, featuring a dynamic and yet cozy and exclusive environment.

The SHTMAA Scholarship 2017-18

The SHTMAA Scholarship 2017-18 is open to all full-time students of the School in recognition of their talent and devotion to the hospitality industry. This year, we will be selecting a student who can see Hong Kong from different angles. Send us your proposal on designing a one-day local tour and let us know how the tour can create a refreshing image of Hong Kong. The proposal should include objectives, targeted participants, budget and rationale.
