The mixology workshop by SHTMAA has just made my day! Award-winning bartender, 5-star hotel restaurant as well as SHTM alumni from different tiers offered me an opportunity to learn from the professionals and meeting young and mature alumni to share the “old days” at SHTM. This is definitely a wonderful experience with joy and happiness in SHTM style! Thank you for providing me such a delightful moment that I could make my own cocktail with the world standard recipes!

It was a great experience to visit The Green Hub in Hong Kong previously. Through the cookery class at the vegetarian canteen, I learned how to make salad sauce all with local and organic ingredients which I have never thought of DIY salad sauce without any additive. We also enjoyed a guided tour and get to know more about the conservation of Old Tai Po Station. After the visit, I understand more about how the lifestyle can be in tune with nature and the local community and also to how to minimize the carbon footprint while eating healthier and organic food.

The Tai Po Green Hub was amazing. The air is fresh and there are so many beautiful historical buildings surrounded by lots of trees. Walking around we enjoyed hearing the birds sang, and stopped for tea at a local farm where we picked the mint that was used. It was so nice to escape from the city, we should treasure the gift of nature and try save more of our green land in Hong Kong.
