SHTMAA Alumni Tours has been uniting alumni, faculty, friends and family who are driven to discover. We aspire to offer enriching and engaging destinations with unique experiences.

This year, SHTMAA will organize a 3 day tour to Chaoshan (潮汕)(17-19 Jun), a place of Legend in Guangdong. It has a long history, unique culture and coastal landscape and in particular the richly flavored cuisine.

Craft Beer Tasting Workshop and Brewery Tour

Hong Kong's beer culture is definitely hitting its stride with a surge of beer festivals and craft beers. SHTMAA will organize a Brewery tour and tasting workshop in Moonzen Brewery. Moonzen brewery is one of new breweries in town promoting craft beer and its culture. Founded by a husband-and-wife team, Laszlo and Michele Raphael, their family-run nanobrewery was born from their passionate love for beer and inspired by the creative and collaborative spirit of the craft-beer community.

Spend your day by learning the art of brewing beer. Not only will it be interesting, it will also be great fun as well. If you love beer, you will certainly enjoy the behind-the-scene tour of the brewery and the exceptional beer tasting!
