Roles and Responsibilities of Departmental/School Research Committee (D/SRC)
 

According to the Terms of Reference, the D/SRC is responsible for the following RPg student matters:

  1. To consider and approve RPg degree candidates where the D/SRC has been delegated such authority from the Graduate School Board (GSB).
  2. To allocate the Postgraduate Scholarships.
  3. To monitor the progress of RPg students in the Department/School.
  4. To carry out functions as stipulated in the RPg Student Handbook.
  5. To submit an annual consolidated report on RPg studies for the consideration of the Faculty Research Committee (FRC)/School Board (SB).
