Complaints of RPg students on problems encountered in the supervision and provision of research facilities shall be handled by the relevant D/SRC. The D/SRC should consider the complaint and formulate appropriate actions to resolve the problems. The D/SRC should then inform the student concerned and the GS of the actions taken. If the complaints are against the D/SRC, they should be handled by the relevant FRC/SB. After resolving the problems, the FRC/SB should inform the student concerned and the GS of the actions taken.
