RPg students who discontinue their studies without following the proper procedures for official withdrawal, as well as those who fail to settle their tuition/continuation fees by the stipulated deadlines will be regarded as having given up their studies at PolyU. Such students will not be eligible for a refund of caution money paid and will not be considered for re-admission to the same programme in the following academic year.

RPg students who are expelled from PolyU for disciplinary reasons will not be eligible for a refund of the tuition/continuation fee and caution money paid.
