All RPg students can apply for a testimonial certifying their studies at PolyU. A fee of HK$50 per copy will be charged (postage included). Payment shall be made by cash/an Octopus card at the Finance Office (FO) Counter at Room VA205, or by a cheque in Hong Kong dollars made payable to "The Hong Kong Polytechnic University", or by online credit card payment method: https://popp-fo.polyu.edu.hk/enUS/portal. Fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Application should be made using Form GSB/19.
